Da Vinci Apartments

The Da Vinci Project represents my early exploration into large-scale residential design, developed during an intensive design studio at Woodbury University. This 100-unit apartment complex was conceived to thoughtfully integrate both private and communal living experiences, balancing spatial efficiency with livability.

Completed under a condensed timeline, the project challenged students to rapidly develop a cohesive architectural solution that considered site relationships, public versus private zones, and the inclusion of resident-focused amenities. A custom wallpaper pattern—designed at the start of the semester—was incorporated into the architectural language of the project, adding a layer of visual identity and continuity throughout the complex.

This project was a valuable exercise in designing at scale with intention, encouraging quick yet deliberate decision-making and a deeper understanding of how architectural elements contribute to a strong sense of community.
